PROSEDUR PEMASANGAN INTUBASI
A. Pengertian
Memasukkan pipa jalan nafas buatan kedalam trachea melalui hidung atau melalui mulut.
B. Tujuan
A. Membebaskan jalan nafas
B. Untuk pemberian pernafasan mekanis (dengan ventilator).
C. Persiapan alat
Laryngoscop, magill, mandrin, xylocain jelly, sarung tangan steril, miloz, xylocain spray, spuit 3 cc,spuit 5 cc, spuit 10 cc, arteriklem, guedel, stetoskop, suction kateter, plester, gunting, monitor EKG.
D. Langkah – langkah
1. Posisi pasien terlentang dengan kepala ekstensi
2. Pasang EKG monitor
3. Dokter memakai masker dan sarung tangan
4. Memberi obat-obatan yang dibutuhkan
5. Melakukan suction
6. Melakukan intubasi dan menyiapkan mesin pernafasan
7. Memompa dengan ambu bag
8. Mengisi cuff fengan udara
9. Mendengarkan bunyi udara
10. Sambil menahan tube kemudian memberi tanda garis batas
11. Hubungkan pasien ke ventilator yang sudah disiapkan
12. Pernafasan yang adekuat dapat di monitor melalui AGD ± ½ – 1jam setelah intubasi selesai
13. Mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah melakukan intubasi
